AIR staff provide training for teachers and local Good Behavior Game coaches who remain on site to train more staff, guide teachers, and ensure that the game is implemented as intended. Our goal is to build local capacity for sustained implementation and long-term success.

Professional Development for Teachers

AIR’s model of training and support and implementation materials for the Good Behavior Game received the highest possible rating in SAMHSA’s registry of evidence-based programs and practices. We offer a full set of standardized materials for training and ongoing coaching support.

Professional Development for Good Behavior Game Coaches

The role of the Good Behavior Game coach is to work with AIR staff and school and district leaders to support all stages of Good Behavior Game from pre-implementation to scale-up. AIR provides comprehensive trainings and support to local coaches during the first year of implementation. Coaches who are interested in becoming trainers can partner with AIR for additional individualized training after the first year.
